Overwritable "Howdy" greeting in admin

Description

I've set up a few MU sites for business type people, and one thing they nearly always say is "Can we say something other than 'Howdy' in the admin?". I've made a couple of small changes to admin-header.php, wpmu-options.php and wpmu-edit.php to make this a configurable option.

I agree that the Howdy should be configurable, even with an obscure setting somewhere perhaps, but it's a part of WP core and it would be pointless to make so many changes that would have to be maintained.

There is a plugin to do the same thing: http://planetozh.com/blog/my-projects/no-howdy-a-plugin-for-wordpress/

I'm not sure if it works with the new admin interface but it's worth a try.
