add in instructions for placing error_log

Greets:

It would be wonderful if the instructions made mention of MU's ability to record errors to the error_log.

I suggest adding in to the install instructions creating an empty error_log file within the site's root and making it writable by the webserver.

This may help with issue in teh support forums.
